Which services does Alltagshelfer SH offer?
We help with housework, domestic tasks, cleaning, laundry, shopping and errands, cooking, as well as senior care with companionship and conversation. You only book what you really need.
Which area do you cover?
We work across Schleswig-Holstein around Hollingstedt, including Schleswig, Husum, Rendsburg, Eckernförde, Kropp, Friedrichstadt, Tönning and Flensburg. Feel free to ask about your town.
How quickly can you start?
After a brief introductory chat we usually find a suitable appointment soon. If your need is urgent, just tell us and we will try to help at short notice.
Does the care insurance fund cover the cost?
With a recognised care level, a monthly relief amount of 131 euros under Section 45b SGB XI is available for everyday support. From care level 2 you can also use respite care and the conversion claim. Whether direct billing is possible depends on accreditation under state law. We are happy to advise you personally.
Do I always get the same helper?
We value fixed contacts. That builds trust, and you do not have to explain everything anew each time.
