We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations, in particular the GDPR, the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), the German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act (TDDDG) and this privacy policy.

This website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus.

When you visit this website, the hosting provider automatically processes technical connection data in server log files, in particular: IP address, date and time of the request, page accessed, referrer URL, browser type and version, operating system and technical access data.

This processing serves the secure, stable and error-free operation of the website. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. Where required, we have concluded a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

4. Contact form, application form, contact by email or phone

If you contact us via the contact form, the application form, by email or by phone, we process the information you provide in order to handle your enquiry or application. This may include in particular your name, email address, phone number, place of residence, the selected service or details relevant to your application, and the content of your message.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR insofar as your enquiry relates to pre-contractual measures or an existing contractual relationship, and Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR in all other cases. For applications, the legal basis is Section 26 BDSG and Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR. If you expressly give consent, processing is additionally based on Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR.

Your enquiry may be stored in a protected database on our hosting server and delivered to us by email. We store your data only for as long as is necessary; statutory retention obligations remain unaffected. Your data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent, unless there is a legal obligation or technical necessity.

This website uses only technically necessary cookies:

Session cookie (e.g. PHPSESSID): required for the secure operation of the forms (CSRF protection); usually deleted when you close your browser.

Consent cookie (e.g. ah_consent): stores your decision in the cookie banner or settings; storage period up to 12 months.

Opt-out cookie (e.g. ah_no_track): set only if you object to the anonymous visitor statistics.

Technically necessary cookies are used on the basis of Section 25 (2) No. 2 TDDDG and Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. No marketing or tracking cookies are used. You can change your settings at any time via the cookie settings.

6. Anonymous visitor statistics without third parties

To improve our website, we measure page views with a self-operated, cookieless statistics system. The following data may be processed: page accessed, language setting, device category, referrer domain where applicable, and a one-way pseudonymised daily identifier generated using a cryptographic hash function and a secret salt. It is not reversible, changes daily and serves exclusively for anonymised reach measurement.

No complete IP addresses are stored, no tracking cookies are set and no data is transmitted to third parties. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. You can object at any time via the cookie settings.

7. Web fonts

This website uses fonts that are embedded locally on our server. No connection to third-party servers takes place for this purpose.

8. Google Maps

A map from Google Maps is embedded on this website to show our location. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. When you open a page containing the map, your IP address and information about your use of the map may be transmitted to Google, which may also set cookies. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR.
