Many of our services can be subsidised with a recognised care level. We explain clearly which options exist and advise you personally.

Advice on care funding
Important note: The following information is general guidance and does not replace advice from your care insurance fund. Whether direct billing is possible depends on accreditation as an everyday support service under state law. Please feel free to ask us about this.

Benefits

Funding you can use

Relief amount under Section 45b SGB XI

With a care level of 1 to 5, a monthly relief amount is available. Among other things it can be used for everyday support, home help and care.

Respite care

If caring relatives are unavailable or need a break, respite care can help finance care and support. We explain the requirements to you.

Tax-deductible

Household-related services can often be claimed against tax. You receive a proper invoice from us for your records.

Care level

Guide value under Section 45b SGB XI. The details from your care fund are decisive.

For our everyday help you mainly use the relief amount (131 € per month, every care level). From care level 2 you can additionally use respite care and the conversion claim (up to 40% of the care-services budget). The exact settlement depends on recognition under state law, we are happy to advise you.
